I am currently working as a customer service representative. I am working for AAPT limited. It is an Australian Telecommunication Company which caters to residential, small office and business customers.
I've been with AAPT for quite awhile now. Before that, Ive work with Macy's Online Shopping. It is an order taking calls. So, most probably we cater to customers who love to shop online.
Before that, i've worked with Logitech. A technical support representative for Logitech Harmony Remote, the universal remote as we all know about that..
I love dealing with people's concern. I like helping people sorting their problems and giving them information which they can really use in the future. I like to try different things, adventurous as they say. I like working with my computer. I love talking over the phone. And I love working.
