Operations, Creative, and Social Media VA

I have written content for both academic articles and social media captions. In an academic sense, I have edited and ghost-written undergraduate and graduate research manuscripts with a three-day turnaround. I have also written study material and intervention material to help with students' development. I have also written social media captions for Instagram accounts and Tiktok accounts that have a combined average of 70k followers. I have also written for our school's publication content, collaborating with the creative teams to deliver clear, engaging, and high-quality written communications.

Me and my friends are currently working on a brand identity separately and I help manage their captions and actions to take in their social media to ensure far reach with their audience. I managed the social media operations for accounts totaling 95,000+ followers, optimizing content performance, scheduling biweekly posts, writing engaging captions, and coordinating with clients to strengthen audience engagement and brand consistency.

Art is a passion that I've held since I was young and with that passion, I improved my craft by creating graphics and branded content for school publications and social media accounts reaching 4,000+ followers. I collaborated with many local and international art events that enabled me to create engaging visual identities and a strong design portfolio. I have worked with different art programs over the years (Ibis Paint, Clip Studio Paint, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and recently, Figma). While working with several artists, I made sure to create designs that are both appealing and easily recognizable.

I have been speaking and writing English for most of my life, with similar skills to a native speaker. The course I took was English-focused and I work best on projects that require English-speaking skills (which is best for outbound calls and public speaking). I delivered English language and research lessons to Senior High School students, designing weekly activities and instructional materials that supported lesson objectives and strengthened critical understanding.

When I worked in a presidential and secretarial role in my clubs, I managed administrative records for 100+ organization members, prepared monthly reports, coordinated meetings and events, maintained documentation with 85% attendance tracking, and communicated with members while consistently meeting deadlines.
