AI Automation Specialist | Zapier, Power Automate, UiPath, n8n

I use AI tools to help build and enhance automation workflows, from AI-assisted lead scoring and response generation in my n8n projects to exploring chatbot logic for internal support tools built on Zendesk. I'm comfortable integrating AI-based decision-making into automation pipelines, such as scoring leads as Hot or Standard based on set criteria and triggering the right follow-up action automatically. I'm always looking to apply AI tools in ways that make existing workflows faster and smarter, not just automated.

I have 4+ years of hands-on experience building automation and AI-powered workflows for real business operations, not just personal projects. I started as an Automation Specialist at PwC Business Services Philippines, where I designed and deployed 15+ automations using Google Apps Script (JavaScript), many of which ran with little to no human intervention. Some of these cut tasks that used to take 2 hours down to about 5 minutes, while others removed the manual step completely. I'm currently a Solutions Architect at PJ Lhuillier, Inc., where I build automation solutions using Kissflow, Zapier, and Microsoft Power Automate, and I'm the lead implementor of UpKeep for one of our business units. I also use UiPath with VB.NET for RPA work, and I help build and deploy internal chatbots using Zendesk. Outside of work, I've used n8n and Zapier to build AI-assisted automations like lead scoring and response systems, automated booking and follow-up flows, and feedback escalation pipelines, connecting tools like Airtable, Notion, Slack, and Google Sheets. I hold a UiPath Certified RPA Associate certification and have completed Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) training. I'm comfortable taking a manual process from start to finish and turning it into something automated, reliable, and low-maintenance.
