Profile Description
Being a Product Development Officer previously, I was accustomed to researching about ingredients and formulations of cosmetic products particularly hair care products. Looking through technical journals, brochures and books, and finding out how an ingredient works amazes me.
Encoding formulations in a database was part of my responsibility. Ensuring the right formulations were encoded is essential because this database is also being shared with the other sections.
Talking to different people also fascinates me, whether I am explaining technical stuff in layman's term or discussing the technicalities of a formulation with my colleagues.
Prior to being involved in research, I was first in customer service, wherein I answer queries and resolve complaints from consumers.
I was also the Executive Secretary of our section head. I kept track of his appointments, arrange for his business trips, and monitor the section's budget.
