Profile Description

I have over 10 years cumulative BPO experience in Banking, Insurance and Real Estate domain. I handled different accounts and line of businesses. That being said, just means that I wore many hats. went through some trainings and  experienced quite challenges, however I still able to deliver good results. 
I am a disciplined, self motivated, and loves to demonstrate my capacity to be attentive to details. I am also interested in self advancement that can do anything possible to grow and learn. I also love challenges as they ensure that I dont slip into my comfort zone. I also like to quickly familirize myself with the mission and vision of the company, this will help me understand why the company exist and on how I can contribute towards the achievement of its goals.
