I have been employed in a certain BPO and also in a hospital which catered to credit and collection and I can safely say I have developed experience and competency in verbal and written dealings with clients.In those position which I handled, it enabled me to use my strong organizational skills and educational background
to work well with people.Also, working as a call center agent for more a year have developed my skills in providing quality service to customers. Not only that but my skills in typing greatly improved since we answer queries through chat and email.I am also very familiar with Microsoft and Internet applications. I have the ability to work within a team as well as cross-team. I'm self motivated, initiative, and high level of energy to work my job done. I'm looking for a long-term job to which I'm be able to commit and help in building the organization's needs.
