During my 2 years and 8 months as a Customer Service Associate at BDO Unibank Inc., I developed strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills while handling financial transactions, customer concerns, and daily banking operations. My role required accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, all of which are essential in accounting and finance functions.
In addition, I completed 480 hours of On-the-Job Training at a local accounting firm, where I gained hands-on experience in accounting processes such as bookkeeping, preparation of financial documents, reconciliation, and assisting with various accounting tasks. This experience strengthened my understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and maintaining accurate records.
