Profile Description

I am a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Tester with hands-on experience testing web applications, CRM platforms, communication systems, and internal business applications. During my internship, I performed end-to-end testing for web-based platforms, validating system functionality, user workflows, data accuracy, and feature requirements.

My responsibilities included identifying and documenting bugs, performing functional testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and collaborating with developers to ensure issues were resolved effectively. I also created and maintained test cases, test reports, and technical documentation to support software quality and deployment processes.

In addition to QA testing, I have a background in web development using Laravel, PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, allowing me to better understand application behavior and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
