I have almost 20 years of combined experience in operations, customer service, data management, and administrative support. Detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in client relations, problem-solving, workflow optimization, and ensuring accurate, efficient operations.

I also worked for Singapore Airlines Cargo as a Cargo Reservations Agent wherein I gained experience of logistics operations - coordinating with brokers/freight forwarders to deliver timely shipment status updates, including partial-load and non-load notifications for assigned flights. Additionally, I also maintained operational reports, ensuring data accuracy and supporting efficient logistics operations.

Also completed 3-day Logistics VA training and gained knowledge about load coordination, tracking/tracing, keen attention to details, providing clear communication with drivers, and clients, freight documentation (Bill of Lading (BOD), Proof of Delivery (POD), Rate Confirmation (RC), Invoice), Rate per mile computation (RPM), DAT One and DOFT load boards system familiarization.
