• Assertive Broker Liaison (Detention, TONU & Lumper Protection): Confidently handling tough after-hours phone calls with freight brokers to verify load details and proactively lock in your accessorial payments—ensuring Detention is tracked immediately, TONU (Truck Order Not Used) is collected for canceled loads, and Lumper fees are authorized before the driver hits the brakes.

• EFS Code & Financial Hygiene Management: Managing routine driver financial assistance efficiently by handling EFS codes for lumper advances, fuel, or emergency roadside expenses. I ensure all codes are accurately issued, verified, and backed by immediate receipt retrieval to protect your bottom line.

• Premium Data Hygiene, TMS Maintenance & Handover: Maintaining meticulous, real-time entry of delivery milestones, check-call updates, and clean Proof of Delivery (POD) retrieval into your logistics stack or tracking sheets, concluding with a comprehensive morning briefing log for seamless daily continuity.
