I am an HR professional with experience managing recruitment, payroll administration, employee records, onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, disciplinary processes, and administrative operations. As the sole HR representative in my current role, I support the full employee lifecycle while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in day-to-day HR functions.

Throughout my career, I have coordinated recruitment activities, maintained employee records, processed payroll, prepared HR documentation, and supported disciplinary procedures, including Notices to Explain (NTEs), memoranda, suspensions, and terminations. I also developed and implemented our company’s Code of Conduct, helping establish clear workplace standards and employee accountability.
