In that role, my main responsibilities included assisting customers with their travel-related needs—such as booking flights, hotels, and car rentals, modifying or canceling existing reservations, processing refunds, and resolving any issues or concerns they encountered with their travel plans.
I also handled inquiries regarding travel policies, fare rules, and itinerary changes, making sure to provide accurate information and clear explanations. I was trained to use different internal systems and tools to access booking details and update records properly. My goal was always to deliver good service, ensure customer satisfaction, and follow company guidelines and standards at all times.
