Throughout my career at Valencia Rubbetex, Inc., while I served as both admin/HR supervisor and later as admin/HR manager, I developed strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills. I handled payroll, records management, compliance, and reporting—responsibilities that required accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality. These experiences have built a solid foundation that I can effectively apply as an HR compensation & benefits officer.
To further strengthen my qualifications, I completed training in QuickBooks, Xero, and social media management, as well as courses in virtual assistance and English proficiency. I am knowledgeable in bookkeeping and payroll processes. I am also highly proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of working independently while maintaining clear communication in a remote work environment.
