Architect | Project Coordinator | Project Management

I am a hands-on project leader with experience as an Area Supervisor and Project Manager in telecommunications and as a Project Architect in high-rise construction, where I manage project schedules, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and oversee day-to-day site operations to keep projects moving smoothly and safely. I thrive in the field and in the office, monitoring progress, addressing technical and logistical issues early, and aligning contractors, clients, and consultants around clear timelines and deliverables. Combining my background in network infrastructure and vertical construction, I bring a practical, systems-oriented approach to project delivery, ensuring that work meets quality standards, complies with safety regulations, and stays within budget while supporting the people on site who make the project a success.

I start with freehand sketches, then move into AutoCAD—my primary drafting tool—to create architectural plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings for high-rise projects. I work with disciplined layer management, firm drafting standards, clear annotation, clean plotting, and tight drawing coordination, so my sheets are accurate and site-ready. I draft with buildability in mind, catch clashes before they reach the field, and use my drawings to keep schedules, budgets, quality, and safety on track. For me, AutoCAD is how I turn ideas into something real that teams can build from.

As a Cost Estimator, I attend pre-bid surveys and review drawings, specifications, and contract documents to clearly define scope. I prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) so our proposals are competitive, accurate, and aligned with project requirements. I support tendering by evaluating bids and coordinating with suppliers and contractors to secure reliable pricing. My approach blends field experience from my time as an Area Supervisor and Project Manager in telecommunications with my current work as a Project Architect.
