Over the years, I've led multiple CS sub-teams, built hiring and training processes from the ground up, designed KPI frameworks, and coached staff through performance improvement. Most recently, I moved into a Revenue Operations role where I work on HubSpot CRM migration, lead qualification, and payment reconciliation.
