I worked for Hewlett Packard for more than a year. For the first six months i was a Laptop Technical Support. We provide Hardware and Software Support for Windows consumer notebooks and We were transferred to Printer Technical Support, There we support software and hardware troubleshooting for both home and business printers.
I'm also efficient in using Microsoft Office Applications like Word, Powerpoint, and Excel, Also skilled in exploring and communicating through internet. When it comes to networking, I'm efficient in installing and configuring local area network. I can navigate any Microsoft Windows Operating System.
