I worked for Hewlett Packard for more than a year. For the first six months, I was a Notebook Technical Support Professional. We provide software and hardware troubleshooting to a consumer notebook And I was transferred to Printer Support, there we also provide software and hardware troubleshooting for both home and business printer. We support network related issue to both computer and printer too.
I'm efficient in using Microsoft Office Applications like Word, Excel and Powerpoint, Also skilled in communicating and exploring through internet. Knowledgeable in using Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw and Sony Vegas. When it comes to networking, i can install and configure local network connection and I can navigate any Microsoft Windows Operating System. Lastly, I'm efficient in troubleshooting issues regarding computers and printers.
