Profile Description

A registered, licensed, and experienced architect in the Philippines with an extensive experience in Architectural Design, MEP Design, and Construction. I have designed residential, commercial, and high-rise condominium and office buildings in complete DAED packages.

A detail-oriented and highly experienced consolidator of all building systems, especially MEP and structural systems. Proficient in both CAD Drafting and BIM Tools such as Revit and Navisworks for BIM Modelling.

I am also a Plumbing Consultant highly knowledgeable in US-based Plumbing Codes such as IPC, UPC, ARCSA, NFPA, AWWA. I am also a Full Member of Society of Plumbing Engineers (ASPE). In Mechanical and Electrical, I could fully design Fire Protection Systems, Initiate design of HVAC systems, initiate and calculate electrical loads and do SLDs. Finally I could do all these tasks and translate into a workable construction drawings.

I could also handle leadership roles such as managing and reviewing tasks by tea ---------- mbers, however, I could do as effectively as a support for specific task such as design, modeling, calculation and analysis, and drafting tasks.
