As part of the estimating process, I regularly prepare and maintain estimate workbooks, BOQs, scope summaries, exclusions, clarifications, supplier comparison sheets, and tender submission documents. I also review drawing revisions, track changes that affect project costs, and coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams to obtain pricing and technical information required for accurate estimates. My experience includes power, lighting, communications, HVAC electrical services, switchboards, submains, cable containment systems, and controls. I am proficient in PlanSwift, AutoCAD, Excel, and Simpro, and have worked extensively with electrical drawings, specifications, and project documentation to produce accurate estimates and competitive tenders.
