i used to be a a call center agentfor 2 companies. One is
for an insurance company based in the states, we were handling doctors and provide them with the benefits their patients have so that they would have an idea on their compensation.We are also the ones who review the claims for any mistakes and have them sent back for reprocessing. i learned to keep my cool despite the irate and demanding customers that we had, it also helped me adjust to the different attitudes and cultures. the second company that i worked for was for AT&T U-verse, we were more on customer care, taking care of their needs and problems with their phoneline, internet and cable. it was challenging because i didn't have any knowledge on computers and technical stuff. But it helped me a lot in increasing my knowlegde with computers and phonelines.
I am proficient in MS applications.
