For the five years I work for several BPO companies that handles US accounts and contributed my skills and gave an excellent performance. I worked in outbound sales and was able to handle several account like utility, tel-co, timeshare and surveys. I was also a tech support for one of the biggest ISP provider in USA for several years. As of this point I'm working as one of the consultant for an ISP provider that also cover 30 states USA, in which i handle concerns like billing; registration and cancellation.
