Experience: 2 - 5 years
Manage and coordinate service appointments, including scheduling and confirming appointments with customers. Prepare and send out PMS letters to customers Coordinate with technicians and service advisors to ensure timely and efficient service delivery Manage test drive units, including preparation, documentation, and follow-up with customers Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service history, warranties, and customer interactions Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and parts, to ensure seamless service delivery Assist in preparing reports and analyzing data to improve service operations Managing a portfolio of fleet accounts, including large corporate fleets and government agencies Developing and maintaining relationships with fleet customers and internal stakeholders Identifying and pursuing all new and existing fleet accounts business opportunities. Collaborating sales and service teams to ensure seamless delivery of fleet services Analyzing fleet account data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
