As a Quality Analyst, i do evaluate the calls of the agents based on the quality guidelines that we set
just to make sure the company provides better service for the customers that we cater. I also provide feedback to coach the agents on their opportunities and analyze the trending and their performance.
I also provide analysis and action plans for the opportunities of the agents I am handling.
