I worked as a Marketing Staff responsible for promoting products and services, assisting with marketing campaigns, and communicating with customers through online and offline platforms. My tasks included creating social media content, responding to inquiries, helping increase brand awareness, and supporting sales and promotional activities. I also assisted in organizing marketing materials, monitoring customer feedback, and coordinating with team members to ensure smooth operations. Through this experience, I developed strong communication, customer service, teamwork, and time management skills.

I am a beginner Data entry Virtual Assistant with basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel,Google Sheets , Online Research, and file organization . I am detail oriented, organized, willing to learn, and committed to providing accurate and reliable work.

I have basic computer skills and can use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and the internet. I am comfortable doing simple tasks like typing, encoding data, and using online tools.

I have experience in communicating with customers by understanding their needs, presenting products clearly, and providing helpful recommendations to encourage sales. I am comfortable handling inquiries, explaining product features, and building rapport to gain customer trust.
