Medical Administrative Assistant

Hi there, i put associate degree in my educational background because i am still in Nursing School currently 3rd Year, I am not 100% confident about my medical knowledge but if i will relate it with my clinical exposure as student i can definitely prove is that my proficiency is adequate, i know mostly of the commonly used medical terminology, i understand some of the diseases, and i perform well in my OJT, and i am the kind of person who's willing to learn and i also exert my best 100% in everything i do, thankyou.

As a 3rd year nursing student, I have basic knowledge and skills in using Electronic Health Records (EHRs), including documenting patient information, reviewing medical records, and maintaining confidentiality. I am eager to learn and improve my skills over time. Learning how to use Electronic Health Records enhances my documentation skills, clinical decision-making, and accountability in patient care. It also prepares me to become competent and technology-oriented in modern healthcare settings.

I have average knowledge and skills in Medical Administrative Assistance (MAA), including basic patient record management, appointment scheduling, documentation, and administrative support in healthcare settings. I also have a Certiport Medical Administrative Assistant (MAA) Certification, which helped me gain foundational knowledge in medical office procedures, communication, and healthcare documentation.

I have basic to intermediate computer literacy skills, which i acquired at Certiport IC3 Certification, which helped me develop knowledge in computer fundamentals, online communication, and common office applications useful for administrative tasks.
