Writing articles would not be a difficult task because I have been used to doing it and I love doing it.I was an article writer way back when I was in my high school days and I had been a contributor in a college paper.Besides it will be nice and I find it "cool" to write anything under the sun and share your ideas to potential readers.
Medical Transcription job will be new to me but I find it interesting considering my exposures to the medical field. I think I will not have a hard time figuring out terminologies and besides I am trained to transcribe doctors' orders so I don't find it to be total strange to do this job.
I was a call center agent for quite a while working as a front line representative in behalf of a famous online shopping network in America (amazon.com if I may mention). My tasks involve walking customer through in placing an order, providing resolutions to issues that may arise such as delayed delivery,price matching, dissatisfaction from the products received and others. Inclusive in the task is to send email confirming the orders, resolutions to issues and other order-related matters.
