Profile Description
I am an Associate Manager Software Engineering and Senior Application Support Specialist responsible for admin and multi-applications management some of which include but is not limited to AS400 Systems, Warehouse Management System, Expense Management System, EPOS, CRM, etc.
Prior to these tasks and responsibilities, I was a RPG Programmer and Systems analysts for more than 10 years. I handled different application running in AS400 and developed using RPG. My expertise are Supply chain and Warehouse management systems.
There are times that I also accept freelance jobs in Virtual assistant. As a tech VA, I am doing the following tasks below.
Managed client's calendar (Google Calendar, Acuity, BookLikeaBoss).
Create meetings via zoom.
Create invoice and recurring invoices in Wave and Quickbooks.
Update client's Landing Pages in Kajabi.
Setup
Download recordings in zoom and upload in Vimeo.
Create list of attendees on retreat and certification program (Google sheet, Excel).
Transcribe audio (meditation).
Update Courses in Kajabi.
