I’m an administrative professional who was once officially recognized by our DOLE Provincial Director as the "Swiss Army Knife" of our office. This is because I’m the person who gets things done whether it’s technical, creative, or high-pressure administrative work.
During my time at the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), I proved that I could handle a wide range of responsibilities under pressure. I don't just "use" software, I solve problems.
How I can help your team:
Reliable Data & Payroll:
I’ve managed databases for the Child Labor Program and handled payroll, vouchers, and allocation bonds for the Government Internship Program (GIP). I’m used to handling sensitive government data.
Efficient Under Pressure:
I am often the "designated encoder" when deadlines are tight. My colleagues turn to me when time is running out because I can work fast without sacrificing quality.
Creative & Communication:
I create the "face" of our programs, from weekly accomplishment videos to PowerPoint presentations and certificates for events like Job Fairs and Labor Day.
Technical Problem Solver:
I’m tech-savvy enough to monitor and repair office hardware (PCs and printers) and handle all the logistics for online meetings.
Clear Documentation:
I’m experienced in drafting situational reports (especially during calamities) and official office memos.
Experience: 10+ years
I have over 16 years of experience with Microsoft Excel (since 2010). I don't just encode data. I build systems. I have developed automated data entry tools using Excel VBA and Userforms to streamline office workflows. I used these advanced skills at DOLE to manage GIP payrolls and beneficiary databases, significantly reducing manual work and human error. If you have a repetitive task, I can likely automate it.
Experience: 10+ years
With years of experience in professional documentation, I am an expert in Microsoft Word. I specialize in complex formatting, creating templates for official memos, and drafting high-priority situational reports. My speed and accuracy are high, and I am comfortable handling any volume of documentation under strict government deadlines
Experience: 10+ years
In my previous role at DOLE, I was the designated 'emergency encoder'—the person colleagues turned to when deadlines were short. I have extensive experience in profiling child laborers and managing government databases, ensuring that all information is entered correctly and backed up securely
Experience: 1 - 2 years
I built the official Facebook page for DOLE Northern Samar from scratch. As the founding administrator, I handled everything from page setup and brand consistency to content creation and community engagement. I managed all incoming inquiries including our official emails, ensuring the public received timely and accurate information while maintaining the professional standards of a government agency.
Experience: 10+ years
I have been designing presentations for over a decade. I combine technical data with creative design to build decks for advocacy campaigns and accomplishment reports.
Experience: 1 - 2 years
I am proficient in CapCut for both professional and creative video production. At DOLE, I used CapCut to produce Weekly Accomplishment Videos, Event Recaps Video like JobFair, and Success Story video of DOLE Benefeciaries.
Experience: 1 - 2 years
Most of my professional experience has been built inside Google Workspace. During my time at the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and as a community facilitator under Child Labor Prevention and Elimination Program (CLPEP) and Government Internship Program (GIP), Google tools were my daily essentials. I’m very comfortable handling the 'bread and butter' of the suite: organizing files in Drive, drafting reports in Docs, and coordinating Google Meet sessions. I also have hands-on experience using Google Forms for surveys and keeping track of data in Sheets. I rate myself a 4/5 because while I can navigate these tools confidently and get the job done, I’m also aware that Google is always updating. I’m the type of worker who isn't afraid to look up a new feature or learn a better way to do things to make sure my work stays efficient. I’m looking for a role where I can apply what I know while continuing to grow with your team.
