I have a background in computers, quite a lot actually since i graduated with a bachelors degree in computer science.
Worked as a network administrator for various organizations, then i somehow found my way into the call center industry (both inbound and outbound) working for different accounts like technical support, customer support and telemarketing, where i started as an agent, a quality assurance analyst, a team leader and lastly as an account manager, which i held for two years.
If it helps, i also worked as a DJ for a local FM station for a year.
