For outbound sales I've worked for both a medical account offering different types of body braces to potential leads. I also have handled loans and grants. With this role it is very important that we ask customer information to help us create a need for them to avail of the services we are offering, as outbound sales representative it is important that we connect to our customer and made them comfortable in that way we gain their trust so that it will be easier for us to pitch for sales.

In this account we make sure that we retain customer by understanding their needs and providing them with options, often turning retention calls into a sales call.

I have handled customer service for various accounts, mostly are telco. This role help me with great problem solving skills, attention to details and ability to ask probing question to come up with the best and timely resolution.
