I'm a Registered Civil Engineer and Construction VA who already speaks your language.

Most VAs need to be trained on construction terminology. I studied it at the University of the Philippines Diliman for five years and passed the national Civil Engineering licensure exam. I understand RFIs, submittals, change orders, lien waivers, pay applications, and the full construction project lifecycle — without being taught.

On the operations side, I've been supporting US-based clients remotely since late 2024 — managing data, communications, scheduling, and reporting independently with zero missed deadlines.
