Profile Description

I have managed a number of projects which ranges from planning to implementation. I have very good English communication skills, both in verbal and written. I directly speak with the American and British clients of the company I worked for. I get specifics of the project and delegate to my team. I solicit feedback and correct foreseen or ongoing issues with the project. With this, interpersonal skills are also crucial -- being able to relate to my subordinates, coach them so they can improve their work and reach the goals of the project. I can say that I also have excellent organizational skills and attention to details as I prioritize things for the team and have to organize a lot of statistics, information and reports. As the person accountable for checking the team's work, attention to details is a must.

I have used several project management tools, voip tools, MS office programs, social networking tools and applications, article submission sites and directories, Google docs and maps and many more.
