My expertise are:

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
-Review, verify, and process vendor invoices and expense reports.
-Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents.
-Enter invoice data into ERP System accurately (Oracle-JD Eduards, Pronto and Sharedpoint).
-Process the payment run (ACH, wire transfer, credit cards), bank uploading. Send remittance report to the supplier.
-Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
-Communicate with vendors via emails and phone calls regarding payment status and invoice issues.
-Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
-Support audits by providing required documentation and records.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
-Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, conferences, and events.
-Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, agendas, and meeting materials.
-Prioritize emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of executives.
-Serve as a liaison between executives, employees, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
-Organize travel itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and related logistics.
-Maintain filing systems, records, and business documentation.
-Assist with project coordination, deadline tracking, and administrative support for business initiatives.
-Prepare and process expense reports, invoices, and other administrative documentation.
