Online Business Manager

Most OBMs manage tasks. I build the infrastructure that makes tasks unnecessary. In the last 2 years I've run operations for two digital agencies at the same time. 30+ clients, 50+ contractors, two founders who no longer have to think about whether things are handled. Revenue at one agency grew nearly 3x. The other scaled 2.3x in weekly revenue without adding headcount.

I've built the trackers, written the SOPs, hired and offboarded the team, coordinated the shoots, reviewed the outputs before they reached clients, and delivered the weekly reports. I do this across two businesses simultaneously, every day, without dropping anything.
