In my most recent position at travel agency, I worked as a Sales Agent, focusing in individual and group travel bookings.
My primary responsibilities included developing customized vacation plans, overseeing end-to-end bookings, and increasing sales through personalized service and upselling strategies.

One of the most similar projects I worked on was establishing a seasonal travel campaign for Southeast Asia. I worked with trip companies, airlines, and hotels to create competitive packages. I personally closed over 120 bookings during the campaign, resulting in a 30% increase in sales over the prior quarter. I also managed corporate travel accounts, providing efficient travel solutions and emergency rebooking services to business clients.
By keeping great client relationships and being available after hours, I was able to retain 95% of our recurring business clients. Also I participated in destination training programs, stayed up to speed on global travel rules, and used platforms such as Amadeus and Sabre to make effective and error-free reservations.
