Profile Description

I am a Short Term Rental Operations and OTA Listing Specialist with experience supporting vacation rental and hospitality teams across Airbnb, Vrbo, ---------- , Expedia, TripAdvisor, and other booking channels.

My work has focused on property onboarding, listing optimization, OTA content updates, photo ordering, amenity checks, description accuracy, guest review support, escalation handling, reporting, and remote operations coordination. I have handled high volume listing updates for large property portfolios and helped keep property details consistent across multiple platforms.

I also have experience in hospitality reputation management, including responding to guest reviews, reviewing customer feedback, handling sensitive complaints, and maintaining brand aligned communication for hotel and multi location accounts.

I can support STR teams with daily guest communication, listing audits, onboarding tasks, channel updates, content accuracy checks, Canva support, ClickUp task updates, reports, and end of shift summaries. I am used to working in remote teams where fast updates, accurate details, and clear handoffs are important.
