Hi! I’m a Virtual Assistant with over 3 years of experience supporting realtors and business owners, particularly those handling property management and short term rental operations.

I specialize in administrative and operational support, including email and calendar management, task coordination, documentation, and keeping day to day workflows organized and efficient.

I also have strong experience in short term rental management, where I handled listings across platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, ---------- , and Hopper. I have worked with tools like Guesty and Hostaway, where I improved automated messaging, created guest guidebooks and FAQs, and used PriceLabs to optimize pricing and occupancy.

A key part of my role was guest communication and support. I handled inquiries, responded to messages, resolved guest issues during their stay, and made sure they had a smooth overall experience. I also coordinated with vendors such as cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure properties were fully prepared before guest arrivals and that any issues were handled quickly.

In addition to operations, I provide creative support, including social media management, content creation, graphic design using Canva and Photoshop, and video editing using CapCut.
