Computer Engineer/ IT Desktop Engineer

During my internship at IntouchCX, I developed technical support skills by assisting in troubleshooting and resolving common hardware and system issues. I gained hands-on experience in diagnosing PC problems such as monitor display errors, cable connectivity issues, peripheral malfunctions, and system unit errors. I also performed tasks such as re-imaging computers using bootable flash drives, replacing faulty components like mice, keyboards, and RAM, and setting up workstations for proper functionality. This experience strengthened my ability to identify technical issues, apply appropriate solutions, and support system maintenance in a structured IT environment.

During my internship at IntouchCX, I developed strong organizational skills by managing multiple tasks, prioritizing work using the OJT tracker, and maintaining accurate records of equipment. I improved my time management, attention to detail, and ability to organize tools and resources efficiently. I also became more adaptable and responsible while coordinating with team members in a structured work environment.
