I've been working in the call center industry for more than 6 years now. I started being a telephone service representative, promoted as a team leader and now i have 9 team leads under my supervision. I can confidently say that through the years experience was my number 1 teacher. I'm running a program of my own with 165 TSR's. I'm proficient speaking and writing in english, microsoft office applications are my partners in order for me to generate the data/numbers that i would be needing to discuss to my staff and im good making decisions.
