call center for almost 3 years i have a lot of experience when it comes to multi tasking, typing skills, deliver quality customer service and guiding the customer on trouble shooting in a more simplest way. Im a result oriented person and i can work under minimum supervision and under time pressure. Im also a type of person who is always open to all changes and improvements esp if that is for my own good for the quality of my work. I can work self-directed and figure thing out whenever possible. I want and i need a long term job since im a mother of 3 kids. So u can expect me to be dedicated to my work since i have strong reason to earn and at the same time i love to work. I can assure you that you can depend on me when you provide me a work and i can assure you that the result is quality.
