I help construction and engineering businesses run smoother by handling the administrative and documentation work that eats up an owner's time — so you can focus on the projects, not the paperwork.
I'm a Licensed Civil Engineer who has interned at a Provincial Engineer's Office, where I supported cost estimating, budgeting, and technical documentation for real government infrastructure projects. That background means I don't just "assist" — I actually understand what I'm looking at when it comes to project files, drawings, and budgets.
Core support I offer:
Executive/administrative assistance for construction & engineering teams
Cost estimating and budget tracking (Excel, Google Sheets)
AutoCAD-based technical documentation support
Project records and organized documentation
I also offer video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Filmora) and graphic design (Canva, Photoshop) for businesses that need marketing content, project recap videos, or social media visuals — useful if you want one person who can cover both back-office and front-facing needs.
I've also independently run my own e-commerce business since 2021, so I bring real ownership, reliability, and follow-through — not just task execution.
Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom are my favorite combo! Photography has been my hobby since high school, and through the years, I've been using these two applications to produce quality output. From basic layering, all the way to complex editing, such as color grading, photo manipulation, etc., it took me years of experience to master it.
Experience: 5 - 10 years
Since Junior High School, Microsoft Excel has been my buddy in terms of how I handle my finances. To date, I track our family business's outgoing and incoming transactions using Excel, as well as my own small business. In University, I used Excel in various programming projects, and this is where I learned how to use MACROs and made everything easier for me. As a registered Civil Engineer, I also use Excel in project estimates.
Experience: 2 - 5 years
Before, I was using Filmora. At present, I'm using Adobe Premiere and DaVinci Resolve. There was a time when filmmaking was a hit here in the Philippines, and I was inspired to do the same by the Filipino vloggers like CongTV, Roger Raker, and Emman Nimedez. Starting then, I use it as my main application for video editing. I was able to fully utilize it when I was a videographer and a video editor in our local church, where we covered events in the Catholic Church and uploaded it to different social media platforms.
I was in 2nd Year at the University when AutoCAD was introduced to us. In a span of 3 school years, I honed my drafting skills and was able to apply it during our on-the-job training. From residential houses in the university to drafting bridges, roads, dams, and other public works during our training. I'd also like to add SketchUp, STAAD, RCDC, and Twinmotion as engineering/ construction applications that I know how to use.
