Hi, I’m Erica Faye, a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Office Management and an aspiring Virtual Assistant with experience in data entry, administrative tasks, client communication.
I previously worked as an E- commerce Data Entry Specialist and Administrative Intern where I handled data organization, documentation, and  hands-on experience managing product listings on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
I also worked as an Enumerator, which strengthened my attention to detail and communication skills.
I am highly organized, hardworking, and willing to learn new tools and systems to better support clients.
