A motivated Political Science graduate looking to start my professional career as an Administrative Legal Assistant. While I am an entry-level professional, I have gained training through a rigorous internship at the Department of Agrarian Reform Regional Office (Legal Services Division). During my internship, I proved my reliability by drafting legal certificates, managing sensitive case files, and ensuring updated information regarding the cases handled by the office. I am a fast learner, a disciplined organizer, and I am committed to providing administrative support to help your operations run smoothly.

Experience: Less than 6 months
During my two month internship at the Department of Agrarian Region 8 - Legal Division Office, my main tasks mainly focused on drafting legal documents like Certificates of Finality, which require high attention to detail to ensure case details and legal specifications are accurate. Managing incoming documents and mostly case files were also part of my daily tasks in the office, case details and numbers needs to be accurately written in the logged book. All new case files were needed to be accurately logged, time-stamped for deadline compliance, and organized for immediate retrieval by the legal team. Additionally, I've also assisted in managing multiple case (old and new one's) by systematically stamping, labeling, and organizing folders, to ensure that every legal case had a verifiable, chronological audit trail. There are also days when I was tasked to managed the transmittal of pleadings and sensitive documents between the Regional Director’s office and the Legal Division for approval or signing.
Experience: Less than 6 months
In my two months of internship, my daily role changes depending on the tasks that were needed to be done. Whenever case files are piling up we prepare transmittal slips for sensitive mailing, ensuring that confidential legal papers were tracked from departure to arrival. Then, we also update the changes or flow of the cases in the official website of the Department which tracks the cases. We organize and update necessary information and ensure that both physical and digital records are searchable, reducing the time lawyers spent looking for information and allowing them to focus on legal strategy and other matters.
