I help store owner keep their customers with positive experience even when things go wrong.

With 6 years of experience handling high-volume customer support for US retail and e-commerce store, I specialize in the tasks that eats up a store owner's time; order status inquiries, shipment delays, refund and cancellations, and retain frustrated buyers. I maintained a 92% to 95% CSAT scores across thousands of customer interactions and I know how to de-escalate a bad situation.
