Alongside this, I have over 2 years of experience in customer support and technical support roles. I started in a telco account where I handled customer concerns and billing issues, then moved to technical support where I assisted users in troubleshooting devices and system-related problems.
My current work has strengthened my ability to handle high-volume tasks with accuracy and efficiency, especially in a non-voice environment.
