Hi, I'm Kristeen, a Filipino Certified Public Accountant with experience working as a Financial Analyst in a private hospital. My role involves monitoring and analyzing financial statements, supporting financial planning and budgeting activities, and assisting in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports used by management for business decision-making, as well as identifying trends to improve profitability and operational efficiency. I also collaborate closely with the CFO, Accounting Head and different departments within the company to ensure that financial reports and analyses are accurate, reconciled and aligned with finalized accounting records.
With that, I also perform key bookkeeping functions such as reviewing journal entries, reconciling accounts, proposing adjusting entries, monitoring accruals and prepayments, maintaining a clean and accurate general ledger, and ensuring proper documentation of financial transactions. By combining analytical insight with strong accounting fundamentals, I support sound financial management and compliance within the organization.
