On top of that, I provide Customer and Technical Support that actually sounds like it’s coming from a real person (because it is). I’m here to make sure your clients feel heard and your site stays standing.

Outside of work, I’m a serial explorer. Whether I'm diving into a new software beta or finding a new city to wander in, I'm wired to figure out how things work. That means I’m never stuck in "the old way" of doing things, I’m always bringing fresh, human-friendly efficiency to the table.
