Profile Description

I am an Entry-Level Social Media Manager and Content Support VA with skills in Canva design, caption writing, content scheduling, community support, and basic short-form video editing.

I help small businesses, content creators, personal brands, and online service providers stay consistent and organized on social media. I can assist with content planning, post creation, scheduling, hashtag research, community engagement, content organization, and basic performance tracking.

I can create Canva graphics, carousel posts, quote posts, promotional posts, and branded templates. I can also write clear and engaging captions with calls to action, prepare simple weekly or monthly content calendars, schedule posts for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube, and edit basic Reels, TikToks, and Shorts using CapCut.

I can also help with community support by monitoring comments and messages using approved brand guidelines. I can organize content files, captions, templates, and trackers using Google Drive, Google Docs, and Google Sheets. I can also assist with basic reporting by tracking reach, engagement, views, likes, comments, and follower growth.

The tools I use include Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Workspace, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Trello, Notion, Asana, ClickUp, ChatGPT, Grammarly, and basic GoHighLevel.

I am organized, detail-oriented, creative, reliable, and comfortable following brand guidelines, SOPs, and client instructions. As a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology student, I am familiar with digital tools and can quickly learn new platforms and workflows.

I also completed the EF SET English Certificate with a C1 Advanced overall result, including C1 Advanced in writing and B2 Upper Intermediate in speaking.

I am currently looking for an entry-level remote role as a Social Media Manager, Social Media Assistant, Content Support VA, or Creative VA where I can help a business stay consistent, organized, and connected with its audience.
