I have been part of the Marketing Department for over a year. My journey began as a member of the team, where I gained valuable experience in marketing, event planning, and collaboration. Through dedication and continuous learning, I eventually took on greater responsibilities and progressed to become the Head of an Events Company. This experience has strengthened my leadership, communication, and organizational skills while allowing me to successfully manage projects, coordinate teams, and deliver impactful events.

I have experience managing social media accounts for companies, including creating and scheduling content, engaging with audiences, monitoring performance metrics, and maintaining a consistent brand presence across various platforms. Through this role, I developed skills in content creation, digital marketing, audience engagement, and social media strategy.

During my time working at a travel agency, I developed strong communication and customer service skills by interacting directly with clients. I assisted customers with travel inquiries, provided recommendations, addressed concerns, and ensured their travel needs were met. This role strengthened my ability to communicate professionally, build positive client relationships, and handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of service.
