* Virtual Assistant for 5 years, handling my client's store at eBay and Amazon -- ensuring its smooth operations from orders, deliveries, product listings & research, pricing & inventory, customer service (especially resolving disputes, complaints, and removing bad feedback), generating GS1 barcodes/UPCs, updating EBC (enhanced brand content), and updating listings with new images, title, descriptions, keyword optimization, etc.
* Copy Editor for 8 years, trained to handle various topics for almost all kinds of articles/materials. As Copy Editor, we ensure the clarity, consistency, completeness, accuracy, and the overall quality of documents.
* Data entry / researcher for 10 years. Real estate assistant managing and updating REA / ClientLook database and Mailchimp campaign. Finding contact information and doing web research. Virtual assistant for trademark infringement doing research sending DMCA and Cease and Desist notices.
